Motorhome Touring 2016
As this year draws to a close we’re starting to reflect on our exciting year and about how our love of motorhome touring started the Motorhome Travel Agency.
It all started with an idea…
We started the Motorhome Travel Agency during our Easter holiday this year — and the idea came while we were motorhome touring around France. We were at our final campsite and pitched next to a family who had just arrived in France from New Zealand.
The family were about to start a three-month tour around Europe in a motorhome. They knew roughly where they wanted to go, but asked us to help them detail their route — we got a great feeling out of helping someone else make the most out of their holiday and over the next three months regular emails were exchanged and we guided them around Europe recommending campsites and routes to follow.
The family had a really great experience and couldn’t thank us enough for all our help, which got us thinking and the Motorhome Travel Agency was born.
Ever since we’ve been busy in the office coordinating dream motorhome holidays around Europe and the UK.

It might be worth mentioning that we also holiday on cruise ships, if this is something that you would like to do we can arrange a cruise part way through your motorhome tour allowing you to spend some time seeing sights by ship and sea rather than by road alone.
We also offer a travel service for motorhome and caravan owners who would like a little help planning their holiday.
