Birmingham City centre is a lovely place to walk around, there is plenty to see and do, whether you want culture, food and drink or shopping.
The Black Country Living Museum provides an excellent glimpse in to the past history of the Black Country. Don’t miss the fish and chips or the traditional sweet shop!

Highlights
- Birmingham City Centre. The centre of the city has been transformed for the 21st century. The buildings and canals are superb.
- Black Country Living Museum. This is an excellent museum with lots of recreated buildings with demonstrations, shops and crafts. There is a Victorian school room, coal mine, canal tunnel, trams and trolley buses. It all makes for a fascinating visit.
