Best of the Beautiful Lake District Tour

The Lake district is the perfect destination to travel to in order to enjoy countless motorhome adventures that will lead to the perfect walking holiday. A walking holiday is the perfect excuse to curl up in a cosy pub and watch the world go by.

Your first stop will be at Coniston Park Coppice Caravan Club Site in the Lake District. This campsite, located on the gorgeous Lake Coniston is the perfect stop to start your motorhome adventure! With dozens of walks available from the campsite you will not be left feeling short. We highly recommend that you try ‘The Old Man of Coniston’, a walk which takes you through old quarry workings and up to the peak of the fell, which sits at 2,634 feet high. From this point you will have stunning views of Lake Coniston. If the walk has left you feeling hungry then make sure you visit ‘Swallows and Amazons Tearoom’ where you can enjoy a delicious homemade cake or two.
